AT 10th of Ramdan

Project: Khatwa "for improving job quality"

In collaboration with GIZ, FEDA has conducted 6 trainings in 10th of Ramdan city to raise awareness of SMEs towards providing job quality within their facilities. The training addresses the problems and solutions related to labor turnover, and how solutions can contribute to lower turnover costs and reduce the loss of production and innovation opportunities for workers.
The Training is part of a series of trainings held in different governorates from July to September 2019.
