Following the field visit by the GIZ experts to Jordan last September to verify the suitability of the training program in Jordan, it was agreed to implement the training through the trainers of the program supervisory skills under the umbrella of the Federation of Economic Development Associations. The first combination of interactive face-to-face training and distance learning from Blended Learning through the Internet, as well as on-the-job training on the production lines, The first part of training  started on 20-21 January 2019 in Amman, Jordan. 2019 with the participation of 4 Jordanian companies, namely TOYOTA -Jordan - Food House Company - Al-Hadaf Plastic Industries - Al-Shareef Industrial Company in the presence of about 20 supervisors and a production line manager.
