The training aims at enhancing the skills of supervisors, workplace communication, dialogue and organizational behavior by offering an action-based learning space for the development of supervisors. The Supervisory Skills Training helps create a better work environment and as a result contributes to increasing productivity and reducing staff turnover rates. The Supervisory Skills Training was developed and implemented with the support of GIZ Labour Market Access Project (LMAP).
