Project: Khatwa "for improving job quality"
This workshop was closely linked to the promotion of the Job Quality competition. The awareness raising workshops targeted company owners and managers of SMEs in the region. The objective was to explain the importance of Job quality and its effect not only on the satisfaction and wellbeing of the workers but also on the efficiency of the workforce and therefore the company in general.
